Anomalies in Vote Counts and Their Effects on Election 2020
A Quantitative Analysis of Decisive Vote Updates in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia on and after Election Night
Executive Summary
In the early hours of November 4th, 2020, Democratic candidate Joe Biden received several major “vote spikes” that substantially — and decisively — improved his electoral position in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia. Much skepticism and uncertainty surrounds these “vote spikes.” Critics point to suspicious vote counting practices, extreme differences between the two major candidates’ vote counts, and the timing of the vote updates, among other factors, to cast doubt on the legitimacy of some of these spikes. While data analysis cannot on its own demonstrate fraud or systemic issues, it can point us to statistically anomalous cases that invite further scrutiny.
This is one such case: Our analysis finds that a few key vote updates in competitive states were unusually large in size and had an unusually high Biden-to-Trump ratio. We demonstrate the results differ enough from expected results to be cause for concern.
With this report, we rely only on publicly available data from the New York Times to identify and analyze statistical anomalies in key states. Looking at 8,954 individual vote updates (differences in vote totals for each candidate between successive changes to the running vote totals, colloquially also referred to as “dumps” or “batches”), we discover a remarkably consistent mathematical property: there is a clear inverse relationship between difference in candidates’ vote counts and and the ratio of the vote counts. (In other words, it's not surprising to see vote updates with large margins, and it's not surprising to see vote updates with very large ratios of support between the candidates, but it is surprising to see vote updates which are both).
The significance of this property will be further explained in later sections of this report. Nearly every vote update, across states of all sizes and political leanings follow this statistical pattern. A very small number, however, are especially aberrant. Of the seven vote updates which follow the pattern the least, four individual vote updates — two in Michigan, one in Wisconsin, and one in Georgia — were particularly anomalous and influential with respect to this property and all occurred within the same five hour window.
In particular, we are able to quantify the extent of compliance with this property and discover that, of the 8,954 vote updates used in the analysis, these four decisive updates were the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 7th most anomalous updates in the entire data set. Not only does each of these vote updates not follow the generally observed pattern, but the anomalous behavior of these updates is particularly extreme. That is, these vote updates are outliers of the outliers.
The four vote updates in question are:
1. An update in Michigan listed as of 6:31AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 141,258 votes for Joe Biden and 5,968 votes for Donald Trump
2. An update in Wisconsin listed as 3:42AM Central Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 143,379 votes for Joe Biden and 25,163 votes for Donald Trump
3. A vote update in Georgia listed at 1:34AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 136,155 votes for Joe Biden and 29,115 votes for Donald Trump
4. An update in Michigan listed as of 3:50AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 54,497 votes for Joe Biden and 4,718 votes for Donald Trump
This report predicts what these vote updates would have looked like, had they followed the same pattern as the vast majority of the 8,950 others. We find that the extents of the respective anomalies here are more than the margin of victory in all three states — Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia — which collectively represent forty-two electoral votes.
Extensive mathematical detail is provided and the data and the code (for the data-curation, data transformation, plotting, and modeling) are all attached in the appendixto this document[1].

Quitting LinkedIn Due To Censorship
Unsatisfactory response from LinkedIn to my appeal of their unjustified post blocking.
In my opinion, their response was just plain unresponsive--no reasons, no evidence, no answers to my questions, no explanation of the process of adjudication.
Of course, no names of any responsible person.
Absolutely unreasonable, unfair, arbitrary, and apparently dishonest in my opinion.
The original suspension indicates to me that I may have been defamed by someone on LinkedIn without have had a chance to respond. I guess I'll never know what the basis of the charge was, nor how it was adjudicated.
No justice.
So looks like I'll be quitting LinkedIn, due to censorship:

It is just unbelievable to someone who grew up in the United States of America that in the last few days because of censorship of criticism of the Biden Campaign, I have had to quit Twitter, quit my column for TheLatest.com, and had a post banned on LinkedIn.
Literally unprecedented. Never happened to me before. Ever.
So, I have joined Gab and Parler and MeWe and Rumble.
I am glad they are there to provide safe harbors...but never in a million years thought that the USA would become a country that permits political persecution of dissent with approval of the national press, major corporations, educational, cultural and religious institutions--and apparently with cooperation of federal, state and local governments.
If this is happening to a very small fry like me, it is happening to everyone.
Chilling foreshadowing of repression to come, unless President Trump by some miracle is able to stop it.

Return of Hillary's "Inevitability" Campaign...for "Pretender-in-Chief" Joe Biden
I'm working on a longer article about this, but just wanted to note here that it seems to me that in 2016 Hillary Clinton used an "inevitability" campaign to try and get elected, with support from the media.
The idea was that the public would see her victory as inevitable, and so accept her taking office, even if there were some questions.
Lots of stories ran that it was mathematically impossible for President Trump to win the Electoral College and that Hillary would be the inevitable winner--to the point where she booked the Javits Center to celebrate "breaking the glass ceiling." Indeed, I still remember Judy Woodruff dressed in white appearing on PBS with Nancy Pelosi to say that Hillary Clinton had won election as first woman President.
None of it was true.
Sadly, no one was punished for that Big Lie. So they appear to be using the same strategy again for Joe Biden.
So now, despite obvious signs that Biden lost the 2020 Election "Bigly," the Biden Campaign and media are repeating the same strategy used by Hillary, except during the post-election phase...because they have sabotaged the vote-counting.
Instead of booking the Javits Center, the Biden Campaign has bullied the Trump Administration to allow them to open a "Transition" office in a GSA building. The media is once again saying the Democrat won, although all the genuine votes have not been counted and litigation is ongoing. News media refuse to report on the election dispute and call Biden "President-Elect," although he is not.
Because there are only two constitutional methods for someone to become a bona fide President-Elect: the loser concedes or the Electoral College certifies him.
Neither has happened yet.
At this point, Fake News is flat-out lying on behalf of a Fake "Pretender-in-Chief."
Will come back to this issue later as events transpire in this regard...

Unless you go to the eastward extension of California, where, as they say 'What
plays in Vegas, stays in Vegas'. There, odds-makers gave Trump an 8-to-1 shot
after the actual vote came in on election night. These are experienced
professional gamblers who bet large sums on election outcomes. Their forecasts,
measured by dollars, not polls of the six percent who answer pollsters' calls,
are the most accurate available. Yet even the pros were confounded by what
happened next -- an avalanche of mailed-in sheets of paper delivered in the wee
hours of the morning by the van-load, marked or destined to be marked for Biden.
Orchestrated in seven States like the fairies in Disney's 'Fantasia', the
counting stopped after midnight as the size of the Trump landslide became
apparent, systems were re-set, and by 6:00 am on Nov 4, a new day had dawned.
Trump's odds suddenly dropped to 2-to-1, and deteriorated further as media
called States for Biden early while staying mum on States where Trump was
leading. Professional gamblers knew from that, that the fix was in, and switched
their bets accordingly. A few in the know who had bet on Biden when the odds
were 8-to-1 for Trump did very well for their evening's work. Wayne Root tells

California often prefigures what happens to the rest of the country. If its
devolution into one-party-statehood has similar predictive value, it might be
worthwhile to know how this stunning transformation occurred. As a one-time
Californian (though not a native), I asked whether they had been using Dominion
voting machines, the kind that have become famous for producing miraculous
electoral victories for the likes of Hugo Chavez and his successor Nicholas
Maduro. These systems were ingeniously engineered by Venezuelan geeks to
specifications set by Chavez and his handlers the Castro brothers. They enabled
real-time monitoring of actual vote totals, with granular estimates of how many
additional (fabricated) votes would be required in each jurisdiction to produce
a desired result nationally. Chavez took a 28 percent ownership stake in
Dominion and sold vote-alteration systems to sympathetic regimes all around
South America (Ecuador, Bolivia, Chile, Nicaragua, etc.).
These same systems, with suitable localization, were sold to 30 U.S. States,
including California, Nevada, Arizona, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Virginia,
and Pennsylvania. California officials sent me a link to this article by Katy

Placer, Plumas, Riverside, Sacramento, San Benito, San Bernardino, San Diego,
San Luis Obispo, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Barbara, Santa Clara, Santa
Cruz, Shasta, Siskiyou, Sonoma, Sutter, Tehama, Tulare, Tuolumne, Ventura, and
Yuba.
California officials also sent me the attached graphic detailing the genealogy
of the voting-systems companies and their tortuous M&A, bankruptcy, and revival
paths. Regardless of the name -- Dominion, Smartmatic, Sequoia -- they all
feature the same larcenous software. This made me wonder whether the magical
transformation of California into a one-party State was engineered by algorithm
rather than deriving from unalloyed popular consent. Katy Grimes notes in her
article that Rep Doris Matsui (D-CA) received 76 percent of the 6th District's
vote (Sacramento) without even campaigning. Why bother pleading for votes when
you can program them? In the 12th (SF), 13th, and 14th Districts, Democrats
racked up 80 to 90 percent of the vote, proportions that Hugo Chavez himself
might envy. Grimes asks 'Does California need an audit of these 40 counties
which use Dominion Voting System?'

Traditional methods were also in play. One official would-be observer in San
Mateo County wrote:
I was also unable to observe signature verifications at Tower Road [election
center] under the pretext that it violated privacy laws. I will be checking
with Election Integrity to clarify whether that is legitimate or not.
For years, California has been written off by those opposed to the one party in
control of the State. But maybe the popular support for that one party isn't
really there, any more than it was for the Communist Party in the Soviet Union,
which collapsed without providing any clues to the ever-watchful CIA. We'll
never know until there are honest elections. The first step would be an
independent audit.
The people with the 'Trump 2024' signs are fooling themselves. If this year's
farce is allowed to continue, there won't be an election in 2024.
In fact, there wasn't an election in 2020.
