Daniel Greenfield: PROTECT ELECTION INTEGRITY - CENSOR ANYONE WHO QUESTIONS THE ELECTION

Election integrity, like fact checking, is one of those curious terms whose meaning was ‘Orwellianized’ in the last decade. Fact checking used to mean media organizations checking their facts before they published a story. Now the media has mostly done away with internal fact checking and uses fact checking to describe its efforts to censor conservative media.

Election integrity traditionally meant verifying the integrity of the process, but is now being used to mean silencing anyone who questions the integrity of the election. In both cases a term that meant protecting the integrity of an internal process has been turned inside out to mean covering up for the corruption of the internal process by censoring its outside critics.

That’s the new integrity.

At last count, 72% of Republicans, and 1 in 3 Americans, don’t trust the election results. That means silencing a hundred million people to protect thousands of election workers.

Protecting the integrity of the election means clean voter rolls, voter IDs, and elections that take place under predetermined rules put into place by state legislatures. It does not mean telling critics that pointing out the lack of integrity in the election is a threat to election integrity.

The threat to election integrity is coming from inside the system.

One basic difference between free and unfree societies is that free societies have internal checks and balances, while unfree societies only have external ones. A free society assures the integrity of its elections and its facts by keeping its facts and elections open to examination, while an unfree society protects its processes against outside criticism by threatening its critics.

Newsmax/McLaughlin Poll Shows Most Americans See Voter Fraud As National Problem

There is one stunning result in the entire poll: Americans believe there was a serious vote fraud problem in the last election.

Although Election Day is over a month ago, when we asked — “Do you believe there was election and voter fraud in the presidential election between Joe Biden and Donald Trump back in November?” — the plurality of voters, 46%, said yes, with only 45% saying no.

Among American voters the majority is not convinced that voter fraud did not occur in their Presidential election. It is important to note that the poll model reflects the national popular vote of 51% Biden, 47% Trump.

It is concerning that in this poll where a majority of voted for Biden, they still can’t say it was an honest election.

As our presidential electors went this week to cast their votes, almost half the voters said there was clear election and voter fraud.

Since Election Day, and despite media spin the election fraud story is a big nothing, belief among voters of serious vote fraud has grown.

The results of this national survey of 1,000 likely voters, conducted between Dec. 9 and Dec. 13, have shown little difference on several key questions and reveals the same polarization that has dominated the electorate:

• Only 35% say that the country is headed in the right direction. This is a decline from 41% in our Nov. 3 post-election poll.
• The generic ballot for Congress remains a virtual dead heat with Republicans at 48% and Democrats at 46%. In our November 24th Newsmax national poll, Republicans led 47% to 45%.
• The President’s positive job approval rating is 48% which is the same rating as our November 24th Newsmax national poll.
• Speaker Pelosi remains a very unpopular figure among the majority of voters, 56%, having an unfavorable opinion with only 33% favorable to her, down from November 3rd with 36% favorable to 54% unfavorable.
• The majority of 52%, want President Trump to continue to fight to change Washington. Back in September it was the same share at 52%.
• The majority prefers free market capitalism to big government socialism 58% to 16%. Back in September they preferred capitalism over socialism 60% to 18%.
• The plurality of voters prefers smaller government with fewer services over larger government 48% to 36%. In our November 3rd post-election poll, it was 53% to 46%.

On the economy the number of voters who say that the economy is in recession has fallen to its lowest point since March, 49%, when the virus shut down the economy.

Conversely those who say the economy is not in recession is at its highest point, 44%, since March.

Our monthly trend lines on this question reflect the V shaped economic recovery. However, their outlook on the future economy is now trending negative. On election day 48% of the voters said the economy was getting better and 52% said worse.

Now only 41% say that the economy is getting better, while 52% still say that it is getting worse.

Dear President Trump: Arrest Someone For Spoilation Of Evidence NOW!

Spoliation of evidence is an act that is prohibited by American Bar Association’s Model Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 37 of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and Title 18 United States Code.  Sanctions for spoliation are preventative, punitive and remedial in nature.  Separate tort actions are also permitted.

American Bar Association Rule 3.4 prohibits a lawyer from destroying or assisting another in destroying evidence pertaining to a case.  Likewise Title 18 of United States Code Sections 1503, 1510, 1512 and 1519 prohibits a party from destroying or assisting another in destroying evidence, and provides for criminal prosecution against the wrongdoer.  Under Title 18 United States Code Section 1519, a wrongdoer can be fined in huge amounts and imprisoned up to 20 years.

Under Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 37 possible sanctions are as follows:

• dismissal of the wrongdoer’s claim;
• entering judgment against the wrongdoer;
• exluding expert testimony; and
• application of adverse inference rule.

Additionally, Rule 37 imposes fines on the wrongdoer.

DARK MONEY NETWORK IN 2020 ELECTION

Report details how Zuckerberg’s $500M donation was part of wider effort to undermine electoral system by injecting private money, causing chaos and lawlessness

Arlington, Virginia/December 16, 2020 – Today, the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, a national constitutional litigation organization that first challenged private interference in the election process months ago, revealed at a national press conference a report exposing Mark Zuckerberg’s involvement in a dark money apparatus of 10 nonprofits funded by 5 foundations whose involvement fundamentally undermined the electoral system.

“The 2020 election witnessed a coordinated and concerted effort funded by Mr. Zuckerberg and other high-tech interests to use government to improperly influence the election for Joe Biden,” said Phill Kline, Director of the Amistad Project

Zuckerberg’s $500 million intervention included a $350 million donation to the Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL), which used the money to illegally inflate turnout in key Democratic swing states as part of this effort. This network injected hundreds of millions of dollars into the election, violating state and federal election laws in the process and ensuring an unequal distribution of funding that favored Democratic precincts, depriving voters of both due process and equal protection.

“This network pumped hundreds of millions of dollars into local election systems using the COVID crisis as a pretense. Our report proves that in reality it was nothing more than a naked attempt to purchase an election. ‘Zuckerbucks’ and local election officials invited a billionaire into the consolidated ballot counting centers while kicking out the American people,” Kline said.

“This report paints a clear picture of a cabal of billionaires and activists using their wealth to subvert, control, and fundamentally alter the electoral system itself,” Kline added. “We must act now to prevent such privatized elections in the future. The American public deserves transparent and fair elections, not lawless elections directed by powerful private interests.”

In addition to Zuckerberg, the main foundations funding the effort to subvert the electoral system were The Democracy Fund, New Venture Fund, Skoll Foundation, and Knight Foundation, according to the report. Key nonprofits involved in distributing the money include CTCL, the Center for Electronic Innovation Research, the Center for Civic Design, the National Vote at Home Institute, the Center for Secure and Modern Elections, and Rock the Vote.

The report demonstrates that funding from nonprofits was especially unnecessary in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, as the federal government had already provided sufficient funding through both the Help America Vote Act and the CARES Act.

Other key findings of the report include:

• The injection of private funding into county and municipal elections circumvented State and Federal appropriations processes, violated protocols in HAVA state implementation plans, and resulted in inaccurate reporting under HAVA 254(a)(5).

• The systemic mismanagement of voter registration databases and verification processes in Michigan and Pennsylvania deprived voters in the 2020 general election of a free and fair election.

• The infusion of private funding into electoral processes altered the times, manner, and places of elections established by the HAVA plan and longstanding electoral practices in which elections were conducted.

• The interference of private entities in the administration of public elections created a two-tiered election system, with different rules and procedures for Democrat and Republican strongholds.

America's New "Iron Curtain"

According to Wikipedia [as of 12/13/2020, 5 P.M.], “The Iron Curtain was a political boundary dividing Europe into two separate areas from the end of World War II in 1945 until the end of the Cold War in 1991.

 

“The term symbolizes the efforts by the Soviet Union to block itself and its satellite states from open contact with the West and its allied states.

 

“On the east side of the Iron Curtain were the countries that were connected to or influenced by the Soviet Union, while on the west side were the countries that were NATO members or nominally neutral.

 

“Separate international economic and military alliances were developed on each side of the Iron Curtain. It later became a term for the 7,000-kilometre-long physical barrier of fences, walls, minefields, and watchtowers that divided the "east" and "west". The Berlin Wall was also part of this physical barrier.”

 

For quite some time the U.S., under the spell of Marxist/Communist media and academia guidelines has been marching toward the ever encircling and constrictive parameters of “political correctness” with a goal of future censorship.

 

We have now reached that Marxist/Communist goal and we can see how the establishment social media is dictating what can and cannot be said.  So this is loud and clear censorship, as under the period of The Iron Curtain.

 

During those gloomy days of that heyday of communist abomination in Europe, China, Vietnam, Cambodia and Cuba, people had to hide under blankets in order to listen to the actual news on of Voice of America or Radio Marti in Cuba.

 

However, due to the long-range plans of international communist infiltration with the collaboration of media, academia and the Democrat Party in the U.S. these two outlets were taken over and neutralized. So the subjugated people in those communist hellholes realized that it wasn’t worth the risk to listen to those stations under their blankets.

 

And now the American people are losing their constitutional freedom of speech at a very rapid pace.

 

Now there is almost no place to get honest information, except a few outlets also subject to eventual infiltration and neutralization.

Peter Miller: The Real Winner Is China...

The real winner of U.S. election is the Communist Party of China. 

Their long-term strategy of conquest by debt worked according to plan... without firing a shot. 

Next, expect a conquest of Taiwan, probably by invasion early next year -- with no American response. 

The Supreme Court refused even to consider the merits of Texas' lawsuit, rejecting it for 'lack of standing'. 

That means that Texas in their view has no legitimate interest in a crooked election in Pennsylvania -- no more interest than in a crooked election in Timbuktu. 

With one stroke, the Supreme Court both canceled the Constitution and denied the existence of any national community of interest in fair or honest elections.

The Justices, despite being sworn to uphold the Constitution, were probably informed that Democrats would ignore any injunction such as Texas and 19 other States sought, and therefore capitulated rather than risk their own 'standing' -- a day of infamy eclipsing that of the day earlier in the week commemorated as such (December 7th--Pearl Harbor Day).

Attorney James V DeLong, a former member of the board of editors of The Harvard Law Review, writes:

The legal establishment does not seem to grasp the long term consequences of its failure to uphold the profession's honor and integrity by supporting process values.

Millions of people believe, with good reason, that this election was stolen in the swing states. If the allegations receive an honest and searching inquiry from disinterested judges, these people will accept defeat, if that is how it turns out.

Other cases have been filed, and the courts, including the SCOTUS, may yet address the merits. If judges are too biased or cowardly to face the issues, then the law will indeed have fallen silent.

The consequences, not immediately but over the long term, will be ugly. Trump supporters will not rise in armed revolt, but the cynical betrayal of electoral honesty and legal honor will weaken the legitimacy of the legal and political systems.

YouTube Blocks Trump Campaign Video

... this morning I received a notification from my Trump Campaign app that there were two new video ads asking Americans to help fight Biden’s election fraud—but when I clicked on the first link, there was nothing to see...YouTube had removed the videos, claiming they violated “community standards.”

I didn’t understand why the Trump Campaign doesn’t have its own web hosting service so we could watch their videos, so I posted this comment on President Trump’s Gab feed:

Is The GOP Colluding With Joe Biden To Steal The Election?

Here's President Trump's biggest problem at this point, as I see it--Joe Biden must have made a deal with the GOP to sabotage President Donald Trump and his supporters prior to the 2020 Election. 

This theory would explain why House Majority Leader Nancy Pelosi felt confident enough after tearing up President Trump's State of the Union on national television to declare in July that “whether he knows it yet or not,” President Trump would be leaving the White House, "one way or another," even if he “has to be fumigated.”

Significantly, Pelosi wasn't sanctioned in any way by the GOP.

It would also explain Joe Biden's threat to use military force to remove President Trump when he declared: "I'm absolutely convinced they will escort him from the White House with great dispatch."And when he said:"...the United States government is perfectly capable of escorting trespassers out of the White House.”

As mentioned in an earlier blog post, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has apparently been outed by Joe Biden as his secret admirer in a New York Times interview with Thomas Friedman.

'There are a number of things that when McConnell controlled the Senate that people said couldn't get done, and I was able to get them done with [him]...I think there are trade-offs, that not all compromise is walking away from principle,' Biden added, 'He knows me, I know him. I don't ask him to embarrass himself to make a deal.'"

Unfortunately, it appears to be the most reasonable explanation for the current Constitutional crisis facing America.

There could be no other reason, for example, that the Georgia GOP wouldn't fight for President Trump, or why the Pennsylvania GOP wouldn't call an emergency session of the state legislature to help him.

Or why Chief Justice Roberts allowed Pennsylvania's obviously crooked election procedures to go forward.

Prominent Republicans are acting suspiciously like paid stooges taking dives in a fixed boxing match.

Likewise, the failure of GOP  Senators, Congressmen and prominent Cabinet officials like Attorney General Bill Barr to "do their jobs."

I heard Sean Hannity say on air yesterday that he was "fed up with the Republican Party."

He won't be alone if the GOP dumps President Trump, as they appear to be doing.

Republicans need to realize that their do-nothing strategy will harm their Party as well as their country and the American People.

The Democratic Party sabotaged a Presidential election to overturn the will of the American People. Overturning a fraud isn't a bad thing to do--it is a necessary thing to do.

If the Republicans continue throw this fight, I'd worry about the Democrats next outlawing the GOP as a "white supremacist" hate group, and demanding they be banned from the public square, just like they're getting banned from social media--and just like George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, and Theodore Roosevelt are being purged and the American Flag and National Anthem are being banned.

A party that is willing to hold up the Coronavirus vaccine or financial relief, to free infected criminals and place infected patients in nursing homes, to encourage vandalism and riots in hundreds of cities, to burn churches, desecrate synagogues and destroy businesses, and so on--has clearly demonstrated they will stop at nothing.

So right now the stakes for our country couldn't be higher--no matter what sort of payoffs individual Republicans may have been offered to "go along" with Joe Biden's election fraud, the damage done to Democracy in America may well be irreparable.

Look to countries like Argentina for a vision of our future if the Democratic Party has been permitted by the GOP to violate the right to vote of Trump supporters.

It is highly unlikely that justice will ever prevail in the future if a crime of the magnitude of Biden's election fraud is allowed to stand in the present.

For, in the words of  Lord Hewart, then Lord Chief Justice of England in the case of Rex v. Sussex Justices (1924):

"Justice must not only be done, but must also be seen to be done."

It is time for us to throw off the yoke of normalcy bias which says everything will work out, we will be fine, America has always been fine (except for that thing called the Civil War), the Commies are not coming, so go back to coping with the Chinese virus and being angry at Fox News, Twitter and Facebook (that will keep everyone busy!).

By the way, normalcy bias kept hundreds from seeking Titanic life boats, and millions from defying Hitler’s destruction of the Jews.

I’m seeing some writers with what I call fanciful (hope I am wrong) theories about how Trump (with Barr) is playing 3D chess, is way ahead of Biden/Harris and the Communists, has encircled them, and is about to pull the trigger on their destruction with the help of the Supreme Court.  I pray that is true.

Georgia County Exposes Dominion Voter Fraud Algorithm

Ware County, Ga has broken the Dominion algorithm:

Using sequestered Dominion Equipment, Ware County ran a equal number of Trump votes and Biden votes through the Tabulator and the Tabulator reported a 26% lead for Biden. 

37 Trump votes used in the equal sample run had been "Switched" from Trump to Biden. In actual algorithmic terms this means that a vote for Trump was counted as 87% of a vote and a vote for Biden was counted as 113% of a vote. 

Those conducting the test were so shocked that they ran the same ballots again. The same results appeared.

ONE PIECE OF THE PUZZLE SOLVED. (It is worth noting that this was one County, and on one Tabulator alone. 

Dominion Tabulators could have been configured with different algorithms in different Counties or States.) The point is there is now hard evidence of electronic manipulation of the Election.

Son of a Bitch...Biden Confessed to Rigging the Election -- AGAIN.

In Joe Biden's December 2nd interview with New York Times columnist Thomas L. Friedman headlined, "Biden Made Sure Trump Is Not Going to Be President for Four More Years," the Great Pretender boasted: 

"I feel like I've done something good for the country by making sure that Donald Trump is not going to be President for four more years."

Interestingly, Biden didn't say something cliche, like "the People have spoken." 

Or, "the voters have spoken."

Or, "Americans made sure Donald Trump is not going to be President..."

Which was unusual.

Usually politicians credit the American People--because they are sovereign under the Constitution and they want to enjoy the blessing of their legitimacy. 

Instead, Biden shameless took personal credit for what happened on Election Day.

Coming after earlier statements that "I don't need you to get me elected" because he had "the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics," it is an obvious giveaway  Biden knows that American voters didn't choose him--he chose for them.

Strangely, in the same interview, he joked about his getting Attorney General William Barr "in the witness protection program for endorsing me." 

Does Biden have a "thing" about Attorneys-General? It certainly seems so from his comments, at least to me. If he didn't talk to him, why suggest that he had done so? It would only look suspicious.

It was clearly peculiar to say that he was talking to Barr, considering recent bribery allegations surrounding Biden's involvement in the firing of a Ukrainian Attorney General investigating Burisma and accusations that he had earlier pressured the Attorney General to back off investigations...just as Barr has backed off investigation of voter fraud allegations in the 2020 US Election.

Let's take Joe Biden at his word, and assume he told the truth to Friedman about making an offer to Barr.

Now, if I were an investigator, I'd want to look into the content of all communications between Biden and Barr in recent months to see what the heck is going on. It was very strange to see an Attorney General contradict the President by coming to a conclusion before having all the facts from an official investigation. And I had wondered why he did it.

Could it have been that Biden asked him to do it? Or that he personally favored Biden, as Biden said? 

Because even if Biden was only talking to Barr about baseball, I'd think any conversation about any topic between them in the middle of a national crisis presents enough of an "appearance of impropriety" for Barr to resign in disgrace immediately. 

And if they didn't talk, why exactly did Biden make such a suspicious joke in the national newspaper of record?

One other comment jumped off the page.

Friedman wrote:

"Biden was careful about how he talked about McConnell, who has been careful not to call Biden 'president-elect.' Biden obviously wants to keep the prospects of cooperation open...'Let me put it this way', he said. 'There are a number of things that when McConnell controlled the Senate that people said couldn't get done, and I was able to get them done with [him]...I think there are trade-offs, that not all compromise is walking away from principle,' Biden added, 'He knows me, I know him. I don't ask him to embarrass himself to make a deal.'"

Now, that sounds pretty vague and empty on the surface. But it made me wonder about a peculiar aspect of the voter fraud allegations--namely that Democrats appear to have stuffed ballots in names of Biden and Harris in swing state ballot-stuffing, but not down-ballot races...like the Senate.

Shortly after preliminary results were "called" on Election Day, GOP pundits announced they could live with the loss of the White House so long as they held on to the Senate, instead of pointing out that it was suspicious that the GOP could gain seats in the House, retain the Senate, but lose the Presidency.

At the time, I only thought it was only because the GOP Establishment always hated President Trump. But after Biden's NY Times interview, another possible explanation came to mind.

In addition to possibly making a deal for Barr not to investigate him, could Biden perhaps have made a deal with McConnell to ignore Democratic voter fraud in the Presidential race in exchange for not stuffing down-ballot races?

Such as the apparent deal McConnell made to appoint federal judges, in exchange for allowing Democrats to block Presidential executive branch appointments for years?

As someone who lived in Washington, DC for 27 years, it seems within the realm of possibility that he had made a deal with McConnell and other top Republicans to double-cross President Trump. After all, a number of GOP Big Shots appeared at the Democratic Convention this year. You don't get something for nothing, especially in Washington.

Such a deal might also explain peculiar behavior by Republican Governors in places like Arizona and Georgia in not helping their party's candidates to vigorously fight voter fraud, while fighting hard for GOP Senate candidates.

Generally, when someone has told you what he's going to do,  then done it, and boasted about what he did afterwards--he's confessed.

Of course, maybe Biden's remarks were just a gaffe, or series of gaffes. 

But as Joe Biden declared in 2012, "understand that in Washington, DC, a gaffe is when you tell the truth."

ARLINGTON, Va., Dec. 4, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- In a white paper released today, The Amistad Project of the non-partisan Thomas More Society is arguing that the current Electoral College deadlines are both arbitrary and a direct impediment to states' obligations to investigate disputed elections.

Set In Stone? -- A Historical, Constitutional, and Legal examination of Electoral College Deadlines and their implications for the 2020 Presidential Election

The authoritative research paper breaks down the history of Electoral College deadlines and makes clear that this election's December 8 and December 14 deadlines for the selection of Electors, the assembly of the Electoral College, and the tallying of its votes, respectively, are not only elements of of a 72-year old federal statute with zero Constitutional basis, but are also actively preventing the states from fulfilling their constitutional — and ethical — obligation to hold free and fair elections. Experts believe that the primary basis for these dates was to provide enough time to affect the presidential transition of power, a concern which is fully obsolete in the age of internet and air travel.

The white paper also shows that the December 8 "safe harbor" deadline for appointing presidential Electors does not apply to states where flagrant violations of state election laws affected the outcome of the popular vote. In fact, the only Constitutionally-set date in the election process is the assumption of office by the President on January 20. 

The Amistad Project has filed litigation in several key swing states arguing that illegal conduct by state and local officials led to more than 1.2 million potentially fraudulent ballots, including illegal votes that were counted and legal votes that were not counted. In each state, the number of potentially fraudulent ballots far exceeds the margin separating the leading presidential candidate.

"Through rigorous investigations supporting our litigation, we demonstrate that state and local officials brazenly violated election laws in several swing states in order to advance a partisan political agenda," said Phill Kline, Director of The Amistad Project. "As a result, it is impossible for those states to determine their presidential Electors in line with the arbitrary deadline set forth via federal statute in 1948, and thus, the only deadline that matters is January 20, 2021."

Although federal law sets December 8, 2020 as the date on which determinations of Electors made pursuant to state election law automatically become official, the law does not require Electors to be designated by that date in order to be counted. Because the U.S. Constitution places ultimate authority for designating presidential Electors in the hands of state legislatures, it is the responsibility of the people's elected representatives to judge the relevant facts and appoint an appropriate slate of Electors, subject only to the sole deadline set forth in the U.S. Constitution — 12:00 noon on January 20, 2021.
